After 16 years as an educator and school administrator, I saw the same pattern play out across schools. Teaching was demanding, leadership was complex, and the work itself was meaningful, but day-to-day operations often made everything harder than it needed to be.
Scattered systems. Endless platform-switching. Requests were missed or not prioritized. Resources were hard to find. These might seem like small frustrations but research shows that working conditions are huge driver of teacher retention.
So FolioBridge was born with the intent of better supporting educators.
We’re a work management platform designed specifically for how schools operate, not how businesses do. Instead of patching together corporate tools, schools get one workspace built around their actual needs: substitute coordination, maintenance tracking, file organization, team communication, and task management.

About the Founder
Nathan Stark M.Ed
Being in the classroom was such a privilege. Helping students learn, solving challenges together, and seeing their progress first hand made every day inspiring and worthwhile. What made the job harder than it needed to be was how resources were scattered across different systems and applications. Whether it was accessing materials to support my students or collaborating with my grade-level and subject-area teams, I often found myself spending more time searching for what I needed, which took valuable time away from supporting my students.
When I transitioned to school leadership, those challenges didn’t go away, they multiplied. I wanted to give my teachers the support and tools they needed to thrive, but time-consuming administrative tasks and using platforms designed for businesses, not schools, made it difficult. Instead of focusing on supporting educators, I was bogged down in logistics.
That’s what inspired FolioBridge, a workspace built specifically for schools, to streamline collaboration, improve communication, and help educators focus on what truly matters: teaching and supporting students.
